By creating an account or using ScoutMe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information, including a valid email and phone number. New accounts are reviewed and must be approved by an administrator before they appear in the markets. We may decline or remove accounts that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate information.
You agree to use ScoutMeonly for genuine football recruitment purposes, to post truthful information, and not to harass other members, scrape the site, or upload content you don’t have the rights to. Profiles and openings must relate to real people and clubs.
ScoutMe facilitates introductions between members. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, trial, contract, payment or transfer that results from a connection made through the service.
You retain ownership of the content and images you upload, and grant ScoutMe a licence to display them within the service for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ScoutMe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
